Made for real estate
Built for the way agents plan showings
A buyer wants to see several homes. Each seller allows different showing times, and every visit needs room in the schedule.
RENavix brings those details into a route planner built around the showing day.
Your plan. Ready to take with you.
Enter your properties, availability, and visit durations. Choose where you start and finish. Review your route, confirm appointments through your usual showing process, and head out with an itinerary.
Use RENavix in a browser on your computer, tablet, or phone. A native mobile companion is planned; the web application is the current product.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions
A few things to know before your first showing route.
Have another question? Get in touchHow does the 14-day free trial work?
Create an account and choose a monthly or annual plan. The 14-day trial is available when you have no previous subscription and have not deleted an account. Card details are required at checkout. Your selected subscription begins billing automatically after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Use Subscription Management in your dashboard settings to cancel. You keep access until the end of your trial or current billing period. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How is RENavix different from planning a route in Google Maps?
RENavix plans the order and timing of property showings around the availability windows you enter, visit durations, traffic-aware travel estimates, and your overall day. You can then open Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions. It is built for showing-day scheduling as well as the drive between addresses.
Can a property have more than one showing window?
Yes. Add multiple availability windows for the same property, such as morning or afternoon. Set the time you need inside so the planned visit can fit within an available window.
What happens if all my showings cannot fit?
RENavix reports scheduling conflicts. Review the affected stops, adjust availability or visit durations, extend your overall time window, or move a property to another day before optimizing again.
Does RENavix book or confirm showing appointments?
No. RENavix is a real estate route planner that works with the availability you enter. Confirm appointments and property access with the listing agent or your existing showing service.
How are traffic and travel time used?
Traffic-aware travel estimates help plan the drive between showings. You can prefer faster travel or shorter distance and review estimated arrivals, departures, driving, and waiting time. Actual traffic and journey times can change.
Can I print my route or export it to a calendar?
Yes. Save and print your itinerary, export the route as one calendar event or separate stop events, or open Google Maps or Apple Maps for navigation. Calendar export does not provide live synchronization or confirm appointments.
Can I use RENavix on my phone, and where does it work?
RENavix supports route planning in the United States and works in a modern browser on desktop, tablet, iPhone, or Android. A native mobile companion is planned but is not currently available.
Can brokers, assistants, or teams use RENavix?
Agents, brokers, and real estate assistants can plan routes through individual subscriptions. Shared team workspaces and delegated account access are not currently included. Contact support@renavix.com with group subscription questions.
