Data Deletion Instructions

RENavix takes your privacy seriously and provides multiple options for you to delete your personal data from our systems.

Options for Data Deletion

1. Dashboard Self-Service Deletion

If you have an active RENavix account with valid login credentials:

  1. Log in to your account at RENavix Login
  2. Navigate to Settings → Privacy and Security
  3. Click the "Delete My Account" button
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and associated data

Note: This process will immediately and permanently delete all your data from our systems, including:

  • Personal information
  • Usage history
  • Saved preferences
  • All associated content

2. Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer assisted deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@renavix.com
  2. Your email must be sent from the registered email address associated with your RENavix account
  3. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  4. In the body of the email, please state your request to have your account and data deleted

Our support team will process your request and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • All personal information
  • Account settings and preferences
  • Usage history and analytics data
  • Any stored content or files
  • Stripe subscription cancelled (if still active)

Data Retention Notice

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we maintain a cryptographic hash of email addresses from deleted accounts. This hash cannot be used to reconstruct your email address or identify you personally, and serves only to prevent abuse of our free trial system.
